The Real Estate Investors Roundtable meets the 3rd Thursday of each month to cover up to date topics in the real estate investing industry with keynote speakers who share their secrets to success

 

 Detroit, MI – The Michigan Real Estate Investors Network theme for 2012 is "Kick off the New Year with a Great Real Estate Deal!" Area real estate investors and companies that serve realtors have discovered how easy it is to join this networking group. There are no fees or registration requirements; no need to call ahead; simply show up at any meeting to enjoy a lecture from one of Metro Detroit's most successful real estate investors.

The Michigan Real Estate Investors Network was founded by Mark Maupin, to provide a great resource for new and experience real estate investors, landlords, property managers and people who serve realtors including title companies, mortgage brokers, landlords and property managers, insurance agents, rehab contractors, attorneys, accountants and more.

The Michigan Real Estate Investors Network will host the Real Estate Investors Roundtable meeting in January, 2012. Mark Maupin is proud to present 2 guest speakers, Mark Potter, who will speak about investing in tax deeds in Michigan (The Missed Bargan!).

Our second speaker will be Mr. Thomas is back to show participant the important steps in utilizing estate planning and the relevance of estate planning.  He will also discuss the importance of making sure your wishes are carried out regarding yourself and your property.  Don't miss this useful information!!

The Real Estate Investors Roundtable meets the third Thursday of each month to cover a variety of topics including buying and selling strategies that work in the current real estate market.
